Hi fellow bouncers and welcome to the next video of our workout series here at Mini Trampoline Headquarters! We will regularly post one new exercise routine for you to try on your min trampoline.

Our video today is a great example of a DIY mini trampoline routine created at home. The rebounder is a young woman from Germany named Miriam Herms.
In this video, Miriam goes through a series of great cardio moves in a routine that lasts less than 10 minutes. Pull this video up on your laptop and put it by your mini trampoline and see if you can keep up with Miriam.
